The first half of the clinic is a classroom discussion. We covers rules, expectations, tack requirements, etc.
The second half is composed of mock classes. The mock classes are designed to give everyone the experience of judging. Melissa will also judge out loud to give everyone a feel for what the judge is thinking during the class.
The riders are split into two groups for the mock classes. One group rides, the other judges, then the riders switch.
Each participant will receive two handouts to be covered in the classroom section.
